KEY DATES
28th February 2023 – deadline of registration of participants and submission of abstracts
March 2023 – second circular (determining the detailed program and costs),
15th April 2023 – deadline of payment and detailed registration (detailed data of the arrivals and departures, if necessary),
24-27th May 2023 – 14th International Pseudokarst Symposium, Stołowe Mountains, Sudetes,
31 September 2023 – deadline of submission of manuscripts for the post-Symposium monograph (volume of the Studia Quaternaria journal).
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Registration is starting now. The registration form should be fulfilled and sent to the address: 14pseudokarst@iop.krakow.pl .
COSTS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
Costs of the Symposium, which we – the organisers – would like to keep relatively small, depend on number of participants and possible sponsoring. Therefore, currently, we can only provide an estimate. The exact costs will be quoted in the 2nd Circular.
Symposium fee for full participants (covering: participation in scientific and field sessions, hotel and full board, Symposium materials: guidebook and abstracts) – ca. 1200 PLN = ca. 260 euro. Symposium fee for students – ca. 800 PLN = 170 euro, and for graduate students – ca. 1000 PLN = ca. 215 euro.
Symposium cost of accompanying participants (covering: participation in scientific and field sessions, hotel and full board) – ca. 1000 PLN = ca. 215 euro.
Symposium fee for online participants (covering Symposium materials: guidebook and abstracts) – ca. 100 PLN = ca. 20 euro.
Payments will be paid via bank transfers to the account which will be provided in the 2nd Circular.
